Experience Event Center

The Experience Event Center must be one of the best kept secrets for event venues in Provo-heck in Utah County! The Event Director (Stacey) is the absolute greatest! She made sure that all of our needs were met and then some! Talk about over delivery. If you are looking for corporate events, weddings, parties-for sure hit up Stacey and see what solutions she has for you!

I was pleasantly surprised with how amazing this event center is, it definitely is a step above what 1 would call an event center… From the entrance it was not more impressive than any other event hall or center I've seen but when I walked in the door it blew my mind :) It's better than a lot of the top centers I've seen in other major cities like LA, San Diego, Phoenix, Miami, Orlando... I think I would dare to say it's the best around Orum, Provo and one of the best in Utah. Full disclaimer, not necessarily for a wedding, even though that would be cool to have there as well and it would hit all the check boxes, but this just goes so far beyond, ...any business owner should be checking this place out, they're Podcast studio, film, and meeting spaces, the event center for large conferences,... .... and here's what I thought was the most important part and how cool it is besides the awesome vibe, and layout, and design, and state of the art technology's,... ... the staff is amazing and I think it's because it's all part of a Non profit Group with a great mission... I would encourage anyone to not just check out what they're doing there, but really seeing what the foundation is building and how they are helping children and families and communities.

Stacey and the team at Experience made planning our wedding reception worth every single second and penny!! The attention to detail was amazing during the planning and actual wedding day! All of our guests are now talking about how AWESOME this venue is! We’re sending all of our friends and family to celebrate BIG with Experience !

This is THE top event center in Utah. The sounds system and lighting is incredible-they automatically provide a professional AV team so I didn't have to worry about doing all of that. The venue itself is super large and modern. Everything is clean and detailed. The bathrooms are excellent. They provide staff to keep them continuously clean during the event. The staff is very flexible on timing and pricing, which I appreciated. They also took care of providing a parking team and security. They made the process as easy as possible. When you are planning an event, it can be overwhelming but they are super eager to help where they can.

I'm probably the wrong person to give this place a rating, as the experiences delivered here are the kind I try to avoid. I'm not a fan of sensory overload, generally speaking. That said, it was fine. I liked the spaces outside the main hall, a nice little break from the obligatory corporate sturm und drang. The food was very good and the staff were nice. Experience!
